In April, Apple’s payment was returned by the bank. I updated the bank account in the Apple Connect. Then the payment status in May became a balance carried forward. The payment report in June was not sent. Now the payment status is always displayed the balance carried forward.

Then I sent an email to Apple Financial Support, and receive the response was "Thank you for you message. We are in the process of reviewing your account, as we have noticed irregular activity. We will let you know when we have further
infomation".

Has anyone encountered this situation? And what to do next.

Did you received the payment? How long it took? What did Apple Said?

i have same issue where apple payment was returned by my bank. i contacted my bank and they asked me to provide them with the swift transfer number so that they can investigate. i emailed apple finance support asking for same but did not receive a reply. so for now i am stuck without receiving my money. Have you been able to sort it out? were you eventually able to receive the money in your bank account?
