Cannot edit/add bank info in App Store Connect

I need to change the current bank account info in App Store Connect, but the web interface has no Edit or Add function that i could find.

Any thoughts?

Found the answer.

Bank accounts can be added/edited in:

Agreements, Tax, and Banking > Agreements > Paid Apps > Bank Accounts section

but not in:

Agreements, Tax, and Banking > Banking

where accounts cannot be added, and the currently "In Use" account cannot be deleted.

You can go to the plus button and ADD from existing. Select the one you want to "remove" and then you will see a button that is actually called "Remove". Click on it and it will delete the bank account! I have NEVER seen a more counter-intuitive UI in my life! But then again what do we know, right?
