App preview's poster frame not saving

Hi!

I uploaded an app preview video for different iPad display sizes, and set the poster frame for all of them.

Weirdly, Appstoreconnect saved only one of the set poster frames. So, you'll see that the video for one display size has the correctly set poster frame, but the video for the other display size doesn't. I reuploaded the video and reselected the poster frame time, but the video for that specific display size is always stuck with the incorrect poster frame.

How can I fix this?
Same problem. Did you manage to get it sorted?
Same problem. And apparently 85 others have the same problem. I've had to release the game with a non-sense poster frame (a moment when you cannot see anything because of an explosion, but there was no way to change it to anything else).
Same. Any update?
I believe this is a latency problem with a backend service driving the App Store Connect webpage. After much trial and error, I found that selecting the poster frame, then waiting for an extended period (~15 minutes, without navigating away from the page or taking any other action) allowed the selected frame to be saved. Very frustrating!
One issue I found is that it didn't work if I tried to set the first frame as the poster frame. All the others worked instantly, but not the first one. Also helpful to know is that by default Apple will set the poster at 5s into the video.
