Trial period not respected for our in app purchase

Hello,

Today we started seeing some users that bought our in-app subscription but were not given the free seven day trial.

The receipt shows:

For this product we do have a 7 day trial and with today purchase date the user should have been in trial for 7 days.

Anybody experiencing the same issue today?
We've released an update today and see the same issue. For Products that have an introductionary offer (free trial, reduced price for the first year), the introductionary offer is not granted to the user. Instead the user is charged immediately.
This is a pretty serious issue.

Apple please fix this immediately
This is affecting almost every subscription purchase the users are doing on our app and is a very serious issue. Please rectify this quickly.
The issue seems to be resolved for new subscription; user affected are still not showing in trial and might have been charged right away
Issue is not resolved for new subscriptions in our case. Subscriptions still appear without free trial (though they have) and users are charged immediately.
