[macOS Big Sur 11.0] Safari crashes instantly after launched

When I open Safari on Big Sur, it instantly crashes. I have cleared Cache, Preferences, Application Support, shift-click to open, installed Xcode 12 beta, nothing works.

Can confirm. macOS 11.0 Beta (20A5323l) -- Safari crashes almost instantly after launch. Solved by removing the offending alias file found in /Library/Developer/PrivateFrameworks/CoreSimulator.framework

Moved the alias file CoreSimulator to the trash. Safari launches without crashing. Put back alias file to referenced location, Safari crashes almost instantly after launch.
