Enrollment orders are not going through and no response from Apple!

We have tried to enroll into the developer program since May and have placed an enrollment order at least 3 times. Every time, we just get the:


Dear <REDACTED>,

Thank you for your order. Here's a summary of your order request, which will be processed within 2 business days. We'll notify you when your items are ready.

Apple Developer Program

Nothing happens after 2 days and we don't get any emails whatsoever to what happened to the payment. When we go back to the developer account we see the "Complete Your Enrollment" prompt again.

We have reached out to the Support several times and noone has responded.

Has it happened to you before that Apple COMPLETELY ignores you like this???
I had the same situation,too.
But no one support
I'm in the same boat. It has been 2 weeks, and I haven't got any response. Tried replying to that email to ask for an update. Nobody replies to that either.
Same thing here. Was there any change?
Same issue. I tried to enroll. Got message that request will be processed 2 business days. 8 days passed but there still is no answer.

Same here, been trying for months. Why do they make this so difficult
