How to use App Clips with enterprise program?

I am making iOS app on enterprise program, and now distributing it with firebase.

I would like to use App Clips with that app, but are there a way to do on enterprise program?

App clips are not supported for enterprise deployment, only apps distributed via the App Store. However, you can file a request in Feedback Assistant for your use case.

If we deployed via Custom Apps instead, wouldn't that work? Will require MDM system though.

Unfortunately it won't work with Custom Apps either (https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/652854). I've filed a feature request and encourage you to do the same.
