I signed up on day 1, accidentally hit the wrong link and withdrew, and had to resubmit again.
Could I have lost a spot that was mine because I did that?

I saw some people that don't even have working apps getting approved within 10 minutes of applying, so it's getting to be a little nerve-wracking if I'm approved or not.

It would be fine if there were some kind of notice that you were rejected or something, there's still a lot of developers saying they're in limbo on Twitter.
