Getting the error BIErrorDomain error 3. when trying to install Bug Sur using Parallels. Happens when selecting the disk to install the upgrade during install. Any help out there?

I get the same BIDomain Error 3 when trying to install in VMware Fusion and selecting the existing virtual disk that has Catalina Beta installed
