My Custom App was approved in App Store Connect. Why isn't it showing up in Apple Business Manager?

Typical Apple. Buried in the documentation is this gem: "To make your app available only to specific organizations, you’ll first need to visit App Store Connect and sign a Paid Applications Agreement, even if you’re offering it for free."

That is (hopefully still) on this page: https://developer.apple.com/support/volume-purchase-and-custom-apps/

Paid Applications Agreement is (hopefully still) on this page:

The paid apps agreement as well as the banking and tax information that goes along with it is no longer a requirement for custom apps, provided they are free.
I have the same problem. Recently my app was approved and it's in "Ready for Sale" status, but when I go to the ABM, under the Apps and Books tab, I can't seem to find it after I've typed the app name.

The app is free, looking at another comment on this post, it says that The paid apps agreement is no longer needed when the app is free, so I suppose that's not the problem.

Hello,

I have the same problem.

Did you find a solution?

Thanks

2 years later and this is still an issue.

Got our internal use proprietary app approved, and it's not showing in ABM. (Free download, no in app purchases)

My private distributed app is released six months back but still app is not showing in ABM custom apps. Did anyone found any solution for this ?
