"Apple ID pending" error on Sales and Trends

Anyone else having issues with iTunes Connect saying "Apple ID is pending" when attempting to view their Sales and Trends today? I've tried multiple browsers and devices with no luck.

yes - tried multiple browsers, deleting cookies, etc., etc. This only affects the sales and trends page. I have no outstanding contracts, etc. Followed up on the "Contact us" link, but haven't yet received a response. I was able to see some information regarding sales trends for last week on the app, but none of the information seemed updated and many of the links in the app such as "territory", etc. did not work.

Thank you for the reply. Glad to hear I'm not the only one. I've contacted Apple Support about this. Hopefully it will be resolved swiftly.

Same issue for me all day. Also found a couple people on Twitter with the same issue. I've contacted Apple also, no response yet.

Its happens sometimes, its been 3rd time happens to me in past month.

I am in the same situation : "Il tuo Apple ID è al momento sospeso" (Your Apple ID is currently suspended)

It should be work after like 15 hours, stay in touch.


what do you guys think? why do apple sometimes doing like this? "Your apple ID is currently pending"

I know that everything else works, because my app has just changed status to in review.

same for me. Now working again.

Have the same problem with a recently published app. Analytics tab displays "No data to show". Sales / trends tab says "Your Apple ID pending", yet I received a support request from a user this morning who says they purchased the app a few days ago. I thought there had been no sales before that.
