does anybody observe an issue in System preferences and Trackpad or Mouse that the Preview Videos from the functions are not working? allreday sent an Bug Report but this could fix by using a better internet connection they said.
My internet connection is very fast >240MB and the same is at my workplace with another computer.

Why are they talking about the internet connection? Last I saw, those videos were embedded inside one of System Preferences' private bundles. And it's probably still that way because I can see the videos without being connected to the Internet at all.
I'm actually on Monterey 12.0.1 (21A559) and I'm seeing this issue as well as of a few days ago. The preview videos for trackpad gestures are straight up not playing. I'm on a 16" 2021 MacBook Pro.
Should I be filing this somewhere?
