I'm having the exact same issue so it's not just you. It goes here:
I am a long time registered developer, so I don't know why it's taking me to completeRegistration.action, but I'd be happy to do whatever is required there if was not just Page Not Found.
I'm experiencing the same issue. Almost all support pages lead to "Sorry, that page cannot be found.". Even the Bug Reporter is not available.
i think it's because all have been updated, a research on meber center put me in :
But the link to request an expedited review remains the same and still redirects to the "page cannot be found" page.
I have been having trouble accessing pages on Apple's website using browsers other than Safari. If you are using Chrome or another browser try loading the URL in Safari.
It's not loading the URL with Safari either.
