Hello everyone,
I am a member of the Public Beta program, and was looking to install the iOS 9.1 public beta (Beta 3, currently). Before I continue, I'd like to say I have a long history with iOS betas (going all the way back to iOS 4.3), so I know what I'm getting myself into. I am sure most of you know that the Beta Profile is necessary to install the beta OTA. On my iPhone 5s, this was not a problem. I went to the beta.apple.com/profile address in Safari, and logged into my Apple account through the Public Beta Portal without issue. I was able to install the Beta Profile no problem. Now, I attempted to log in through the portal on my iPad Mini 2 in Safari, and it hangs at the log in screen. It begins to load, and never finishes. If I set auto-lock to "Never," it would attempt to load the page until the battery ran out. I tried to log in on other browsers, and it went through just fine; the only problem with this is I cannot load the Beta Profile into the Settings app through a third-party browser, as many of you are aware of. I've used LTE, 4G, and my WiFi (which is pretty good) to no avail with Safari. I also have a new iPhone 6s which I have not yet activated, and it has the same exact problem with hanging at the log-in screen. I also have two different Public Beta accounts, and neither of them have worked in Safari with my iPad Mini 2 or my iPhone 6s. Only my iPhone 5s has gotten through.
Does anyone else have this problem? I find it very strange that it's occurring on both my iPad Mini 2 and my iPhone 6s, considering they are two very different devices.
