Quartz Debug replacement?

Quartz Debug crashes on El Capitan. Is there a replacement for it? I'm trying to debug some weird flashing and slow drawing in my app on El Capitan.

I believe you will want the one in the latest Xcode 7 graphics tools. To find this the long way, log into the member center, click on SDKs > Xcode > Download > scroll to bottom and find Additional Tools. When the list appears, take a look at Graphics Tools for Xcode 7 GM Seed.
