Apple wallet ecard Dual Language

We need show label in dual langauge in ecard. Ex; Membership ID will be shown in English and other local langauge. (Membership ID)/(Translated text in Japenese).

I need to know whether there is any character limit in the ewallet pass design that needs to be taken care of for dual language display in the ecard to avoid distorting of pass design.

Also, the localization as mentioned in the apple docs in based on the phone langauge setting or is it based on the lanaguge settigs in the apple store account.
