We have some Apps in the store, but with our new App(not new Version of an existing App) it takes very long time for the review. Our old apps only took some days, but the new app seems to be stuck in review.
Is this a commen problem, how can i solve it.

It happens that app may be waiting for review or be in review for 2 weeks.
Beyond that, you could contact support.
Maybe because of the cov-19, they work at home? Maybe the app is not appropriate to apple?
My new app has been investigation for 1.5 month, and then in review and rejected.
Then I changed the informations and bugs in my App and submit.
Now my App is 'In Review' start in 4.24 till now, Apple dosen't said any valuable word.
I paid $99 for waitting?.... Interesting.
