AFE-1004 Spectrum App

Since updating to tvOS 13.4.5 beta, I am receiving the aboe code on the initial launch of thre Spectrum app. The code indicates a network internet connection issue but there is a funtioning ethernet connection to the ATV and all other apps connect flawlessly. If I launch the Spectrum app a 2nd time after getting the error message, it works fine....until the next time I turn on ATV again. The error mess age is always on the 1st launch, but then resolves itself. Any ideas?

Get this same error. Can’t go any further.

I had the same problem. Basically, you need to reset your modem. If that doesn't work, I suspect you may need to contact the Spectrum support team.
