How long I need to wait for enrolling?

Hello days ago I enrolled at the Apple development Account, but in my status I get the following message. I contacted them, I have a ticket number, and I don't get a aswer yet, What can I do in this case?

Looks like they have an issue on their end.


Call them and cancel the pending membership so that the hold on your credit card is removed.
