Having issues authorizing payment for Apple Developer Program

Hey guys

I’ve been trying to pay for Apple Developer Program enrollment for about a week and still no luck. As well as I got from a small talk with the customer support – Apple never got my money. So it seems like my payment authorization fails all the time. But I don’t know what’s really going on.

Have any of you ever had issues like that?

Or maybe you just know what’s going on and how to fix it?

I have the same problem. A payment shouldn't be that hard. This is a huge problem.



Our new account has been approved. Right now we're just trying to make our first payment. But; We haven't been able to pay for weeks.

We're experiencing the same issue since December 4, 2019 but still didn't manage to receive direct wire details from Apple Support?

Apple support told me to create new Apple ID and pay using new credit card. I did it, but today my order is Canceled again.

I don't know what to do. It's ridiculous.

I finally managed to complete payment.

What worked was asking Apple Support to create an order for a direct wire transfer and mentioning the fact that this problem is widespread with a reference to this forum discussion.

I was then able to transfer 99$ directly to Apple's bank in USA. My bank charged me extra for the transfer but the payment succeeded.

This is also a new account not a renewal.

How many days it took from sending money to the payment was completed?

I have found that the truth may be is it is just not work. From my practice, the best way to pay for development acount is three step flow:

1. Submit information normally with web way , waiting for passing by apple;

2. You would ntofied to pay for the bill, then, calling the client services phone to cancel the apply;

3. Download Apple Developer APP , gurrantee the info do same with that in web way, id Authenticationit will be done.

I have problem too. I tried to use new account apple ID and new card, but I not got result.

Well, it's done. And for me it took just 3 days from sending money. Advicer said she have renewed my account manually after they received money.

Our company start enroment an Organization 45 days ago. after contacted & get support 6 times with apple team. I also attached many links same our issues on this forum > They stopped responding with us. I guess, they already know this problem. and as a game, I'm totally disappointed with the unprofessional behavior from the apple team 😟

Same problem here - trying for over a month to pay for Apple Developer Program without success.

Tried with two cards and 2 accounts.

After lengthy proceedings I received a letter:
"Our internal team has now come back to me.


They have advised that you should create a new Apple ID account with a new credit card. Please make sure your current billing information on file with the bank."
Did someone manage to complete the process?

It is exactly the same letter they sent to me. I tried to create new apple id and pay using my last available credit card but the order was canceled as usual, so it doesn't work.

At the moment I managed to scale the case to Senior Advisor with Apple Developer Program Support. what I did was answer the email in which the specialist responds directly when verifying the case, and from there a thread of conversations was created (Do not generate different cases through the support link) In addition to that I made the corrections to show in the payment form the exact data in name, address etc associated with the Apple ID, the Developer account and the associated credit card, the information registered in the Developer account is different from that of the credit card, so with another Reported case I changed the name, you have to do it through Apple support, At the moment they have not solved, but it is a small advance, I am waiting to verify if the payment is processed with the changes, another important fact, no It is necessary to add the security code in the subscription payment form because they do not request it for security, the Apple specialist told me.

Same here, but we cannot make follow apple team suggestions. We are making company account & we maked too much backing card for this issues 😟 The bankers are looking at us with suspicious eyes.
