I am attempting to instal LibreOffice on my 2017 15" MBP running macOS 10.15 (19A573a) & receive the "cannot be verified" or "cannot be checked" message after +/- 10 minute verification. LibreOffice says that this is part of the Apple software, so...what do I do?
"LibreOffice" can't be opened because its integrity cannot be verified. This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information.
Wait for the Catalina public release, then give LO time to release an update of their own, if required.
In the mean time, if this is a production issue, stick with release products.
try to right click the app, open...
The LibreOffice folks gave me a work-around which entailed disabling integegrity checking prior to opening the app. Working now for me waiting for a more correct approach to the problem from them or Apple.
ProjectLibre is still not working, how can I open this app?
