With Beta 7 Safari is not loading local pages. It does not prompt for local access to Documents, Desktop, or attached disks.
I wish privacy would allow you to add to these permissions.
Is there a way to reset permission jsut for Safari?

It looks like it is just on one account! "tccutil reset safari" does not work, since Safari is a privileged app.
I gave it Full Disk Access permissions and that fixed it.
But sheesh. This restrictive privacy approach will be a nightmare without a good UI to control the fine grained behavior for all restrictions.
