I have the same problem with Chrome on Beta 3 MacOS Big Sur. Latest version of Chrome.

I can't browse any page, even settings doesn't work.

The error code for me is: Error code: "RESULTCODEINVALIDCMDLINEURL"

I am running on the Transition Kit.
