I requested to test and got my email invitation but had to update XCode first, when I came back I could not request another invitation.
Cannot request Reality Composer
The request for download looks to just be for iOS and will show up in your Test Flight app. I had to update Test Flight and re-clicked the original email link again to get it to open. Reality Composer for Mac looks to already be bundled with the XCode update, at least on macOS 10.15. I opened it from the XCode > Open Developer Tools menu.
