i want to upload new build.

in itunes connect i'm not seeing the new version button or this message

'To submit a new build, you must remove this version from review'


I tried to submit the archive in xcode anyway and got this message


"You are not allowed to perform this operation. Please check with one of your Team Admins, or, if you need further assistance, please contact Apple Developer Program Support"


I would think that if the provision file wasn’t working I wouldn’t be able to do a build and run onto my ipad, but it installs fine.


i am an admin but do i have to be an agent?

I have the exact same issue.

And I've been running into this kind of issues over and over again. Xcode is just a piece of crap.

I'm an app manager but I'm still getting this error, weird thing is that it is happening for a particular schema, for other it is working fine
