Upgraded XCode to 10.2 using App Store this morning, no beta software installed. Mac is running 10.14.3


When Submitting new App version for Review, the status changed to Invalid Binary and I got an email saying the following:


Dear Developer,

We identified one or more issues with a recent submission for your app, "****************". Please correct the following issues, then upload again.

Invalid Toolchain - Your app was built with a beta version of Xcode or SDK. Apps submitted to the App Store must be built with the GM version of Xcode 9 and the SDK for iOS 11, tvOS 11, watchOS 4, or macOS 10.13 or later.

Not had this before. Wonder if Apple back end not yet setup for latest XCode or if its something else. Anybody else having this issue today?
