How to change my answer for the 'Content Rights' option in iTunes Connect?

When submitting my App to iTunes Connect for the first time, I was given an option for the Content Rights for the app. It asked if I use any 3rd party content, and I accidentally selected yes. I thought I would be able to change this option same as with the other options when resubmitting the app, but that is not the case. I selected a new build and resubmitted the app, but did not see that option.


How to I go about changing that option to 'no', as I do not use any 3rd party content? The app is currently available in the App Store.

Did anyone figure this out? I have reached out to Apple and they told me the only way to change it would be to write a note in the app review section when submitting a new version for Apple Reviewers to see, as they are the ones who should be able to change it. I did so, and included a verified letter from our account holder. However, Apple has not responded to any of this. There HAS to be away around this. Any help would be super appreciated. Thank you!
