Software Update Doesn't Find Beta

I enrolled my Parallels clean Mojave install in the macOS Developer Beta via the Beta Utility, and when it runs software update, it simply doesn't say that it found an update available. It says that it is up-to-date with the current release version. It does say that I am enrolled in the beta in the SU preference pane. Ideas?

@MikyMike solution worked for me.
I had the same issue with the newest Big Sur 11.3 Beta 8. I tried rebooting, using the softwareupdate -l command and nothing would work. So I found there is a seed utility in the System/Library folder. So I ran the command below and with in seconds the updates showed up in the GUI.

"sudo /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/Seeding.framework/Versions/A/Resources/seedutil fixup"

The same this is happening to me with my new computer. I wonder if it doesn't work because Apple released the update after the purchase of the devise?
