Hello friends, I'm new to apple dev.. I tried to create dev account using my apple.. But i get this error of "your apple id not eligible to use this application at this time"
I have my name, email id & phone number attached to my id & verified. Also have my Two-Factor Authentication - On..
Still unable to get through.. can anyone help me on this pls
