Some of my users when they try to login to my iCloud App, they are getting "Authentication Error" with the message 'This action could not be completed. Please close the window and try again." Only few users are geting this problems. What could be the issue?

We are having the same problem.
iCloud sign-in page always returns "Authentication Error" with error message "This action could not be completed. Please close the window and try again.". It started happening about a week ago.
There is also this error in Chrome browser's website console:

FYI, it has started working for us today. Looks like Apple has resolved the issue.
