Transfer app - TestFlight user error

Hi,


I'm trying to transfer my app to another of our compnay accounts.


However, I can't as iTunesConnect is saying I need to remove all testflight builds, and all testflight users - but there are none listed? It's been like this for a long time - and I can't get any response from support - hence posting here.

I had a similar error. You have to:

  • remove all testflight builds
  • remove all testflight users
  • remove all text in the Test Information fields at the bottom and save

This is not clear in the developer documentation.

2021 and this problem is not solved. The support (all indian) is discussed. You need to wait probably 1 year for they transfer your app!
