Anyone know how to include sample code or screenshots because the very basic form to submit one most definitely does not have the option to do so.

Submitted a TSI 4 days ago. Heard nothing back. Status Used. Surely a TSI is a fulfilled request and not just ignored?
Also the forum tags don't have TSI so not sure where this post will end up
Don’t know when this started, but I just found that I’m unable to downvote any posts, and the button for reporting abuse/spam/etc. is missing. If I hover over the downvote button, a popup says "Only forum users with 100 or more reputation points can downvote posts and replies.” I do have way more than 100 points.
DevForums has the concept of public and private tags:
Public tags are available to everyone, per the rules outlined in Developer > Support > Developer Forums.
Private tags are limited to a specific set of developers.
The canonical example of a private tag is Universal App Quick Start, which is only available to folks who had an Apple silicon DTK.
If you have access to any private tags, the New Post form has an extra field, Post Visibility. Its default value is Private but you can switch it to Public. The Tags field adjusts accordingly. So, if you select Private you only see a limited set of private tags. Use these if your post is about one of those private topics. OTOH, if your post is about a public topic, change Post Visibility to Public and apply the appropriate public tags.
Share and Enjoy

I notice that several (most) tags are not accessible now (Nov 2, 19:30 GMT). For instance
https://developer.apple.com/forums/tags/ios
https://developer.apple.com/forums/tags/uikit
https://developer.apple.com/forums/tags/macos
https://developer.apple.com/forums/tags/appkit
https://developer.apple.com/forums/tags/xcode
https://developer.apple.com/forums/tags/interface-builder
all with the same error: The page you’re looking for can’t be found
But others are:
https://developer.apple.com/forums/
https://developer.apple.com/forums/tags/swift
Is it only me ?
cant see where to delete posts
i can't add png image file (2.4M)
i don't know the reason of problem.
what is the standard of edit condition ?
sometime, i can edit, but sometime i can't edit ?
I'm trying to report a crash report. Originally it was about 30,000 characters so I hoped it down until it was < 7000. But when I try and post I get a message saying the post is empty and the character could is negative. Tried multiple times, just can't post.
Is there a nice way to view all top-level threads by Apple staff (e.g. https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/737894)? I know that the DevRel staff (especially Quinn) have written lots of useful guides and explanations, and while it's of course possible to search for something if you know it exists, it'd be quite useful if there was a way to just see everything.
On these amazing forums, the share buttons do not offer a "copy link" option even though when I click "Edit extentions" the "copy link" is enabled.
Also, right-click and then copying the URL is impossible.
To me, fumbling around for 5 minutes trying to share a post or comment is horrible UX.
How can this be fixed?

Since a few hours, forum has an hectic behaviour:
most often, returns "We'll be back." page
or completely unformatted page
or partially formatted
even post page is a mess
Is it a known problem or only on my side ?
Since a few days, I do not receive any mail notification on answers to mail. Is it only me ?
Users can upvote their own posts, yet they don't by default upon posting them. Reddit, for comparison, continues to allow users to remove their own-post upvotes, but upvotes them for the user by default. Other forums like Stack Overflow disallow own-post upvoting.
This forum has the worst of both worlds, for users can gain an algorithmic advantage by upvoting their own. It might seem like a minor issue, because it is. But it's an issue in my eyes regardless.
I'd like to be able to go back to past posts like https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/711532 and improve them. For instance, in the aforementioned, the formatting is poor because I didn't know of Markdown at the time, yet the post's topic of discussion remains unsolved, so I'd like to improve it so that it might gain some more traction.
This is surely not a unique predicament.
I've always thought that it just didn't work for me, because there was no feedback.
A week ago, I sent an email to the Apple Developer Technical Support team inquiring about technical issues. Four days ago, I received a response stating that there was no recurrence of the issue. On the same day, I supplemented the video and demo and replied to the email. As of today, it has been the fourth working day and no response has been received, which is inconsistent with the official commitment to reply to the message within three days. May I ask how to quickly advance and solve the problem?
developer documentation have dark mode, but the forum don’t.
it’s uncomfortable to browser the forum at night.
As you can see, I’m able to write here. But it seems, I can’t reply.
Symptom: I wanted to add an additional piece of text to one of my posts here. I can write it. But if I click on “submit”, nothing happens. The button keeps coming up and that’s all.
