I followed this thread to get back the email and name as if it was the first login and worked for some time. Now testing on an iPhone 15 emulator with iOS 17.0 and not working anymore. What worked for me was to unsign the apple ID from the emulator, try the apple login within your app and follow the phone suggestion to sign in apple id in phone settings. After completing the process and getting back on the app, the call correctly returns email, name and surname and the emulator shows the choice between clear or masked email again.
