Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts, I haven't received any response from Apple. I've sent 5 emails over two-day intervals as advised, but ... no answer.
I'm feeling quite anxious as it's been over a week without any communication from Apple, despite their promised response time of 1-2 days.
Thank you once again for your attention to this matter. Your continued assistance and support are greatly appreciated.
