When I downloaded the package it also included Xcode_15_beta.xip, and opening it helped me install Xcode 15.0 beta. I suggest not installing iOS 17.0 beta Simulator by clicking on iOS_17_beta_Simulator_Runtime.dmg but rather doing so later in Xcode > Settings > Platforms

Hi there, i have also preferred a constant/continuous light source over the flash for improved lighting. To do so using the same iPhone, i would switch to Video, turn flash On, starting video capturing and capture photos during recording, using the bottom right white icon. My understanding of why the flash is a sudden burst in photo-taking mode is because traditionally, the flash is extremely short & bright to contrast the dark surroundings so that the image captured at the bright instance is less blurry. And to save energy.
Perhaps apps like Night Camera: Low light photos and NightCap Camera that support Long Exposure and setting shutter speed & ISO could be what you are looking for.
i was able to move /Runtimes/iOS 17.0 simruntime to the folder of Xcode Beta, but under Xcode > Settings > Platforms this then shows up as the built-in Platform, which shows up as incompatible on my end. Instead, use the option to GET the iOS 17.0 beta in Xcode > Settings > Platforms directly (and for that matter, watchOS 10.0 beta and tvOS 17.0 beta)
I think you would have to log into your developer Apple ID in Settings on your iPad, instead of your usual Apple ID. Then when you go to Software Update you could use the Beta version of the iPadOS17.
Chinese and English usually require different fonts! For example, Arial does not support Chinese characters, but when you try to give Chinese characters the Arial font, the system defaults to some other font that does contain Chinese characters (ideally one that has the same style as Arial). And for some reason it still says the font is Arial when it is not. In iOS, I am assuming using two different fonts essentially allows you to give default fonts for both languages.
