I believe the section 'Validate an Existing Refresh Token' covers how to get a new access token using the refresh token. https://developer.apple.com/documentation/sign_in_with_apple/generate_and_validate_tokens
To add to the original question, if we are getting new relay emails each time, do they have an expiry time or all the relay emails corresponding to the user account are valid we can send emails once the set up is done?
