Can not update app privacy information about tracking user after remove the tracking functionality and "NSUserTrackingUsageDescription" from info.plist. After submitting new binaries for review that no-longer contain the "NSUserTrackingUsageDescription" setting, it still prompts us with the alerting saying the binary still includes it. We did have a binary with that enabled, approved and live on the App Store however we didn't use it in the first place, it was an erroneous implementation on our end and so we removed it. Now the binary with it removed is being rejected during App Store review because we need to update our privacy information but can't... App Store Connect bug referencing other binaries and their properties? It is unclear and reviewers don't specify the appropriate resolution. We've since submitted an appeal to app store review team, waiting on their reply. Thanks.
