I'm experiencing the same issue. I paid $99 for the Apple Developer Program on October 9, 2024, and the payment was debited, but my account hasn’t been activated, and I haven’t received a refund. I’ve reached out to support multiple times, but have only received delayed responses with no clear resolution. It's disappointing to encounter this level of service from Apple. I hope Apple takes these concerns seriously, as it's clear many developers are facing similar frustrations.
