Now i try to delete every line related to 'requestAlwaysAuthorization' in my source.

i have the same problem too.
Still try to figure it out.
So my solution was to delete 2 line related to 'requestAlwaysAuthorization' => upload successfull.
But the other problem emerge "ITMS-90865: Thinned app clip size is too large ..."
So i am trying to solve next problems.

When i show package contents, i saw folder "Framework" 50mb.
It was too large.
So how can i deal with the framework folder ?
i faced the same issue.
I use flutter to build app, and app size is more than > 50mb.
Can not find the way to reduce size now.
