Hi does anybody know if old members from website ( Those who bought using paypal, credit card etc. from the website ) are allowed to access paid in-app features?

Is there a limit as to how small can we measure using the app? Will it not have any complications during app review? The apps we make are somewhat related to measuring objects. I'm concerned because most apps using True Depth API gets rejected in the appstore. Thanks
