Hi, It’s been more than two months since I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. My payment never succeeded. I contacted support and did everything they asked like: - Contacting my bank - Trying with a new Apple ID - Trying with new cards My case was escalated further, they asked me for ID and I uploaded it like asked. Since then, the support is ignoring me they never reply me anymore, when trying to create a new support request they are ignoring me as well, it’s like they don’t give a **** about me😔 Can someone help me ? Is there any Apple employees on this forum? Someone from the support team? Thanks
