Some more information here. This persists with the latest 15.1 beta 7 (24B5077a), however if you click to the far right of the tab, it works fine. It seems to only be if you click on the tab button where text is.

I am testing with Xcode 16.1 beta 1. Side note on Xcode 16.1 beta 2 charts fail with a build error. I think this issue is mac 15.1 beta 5 (24B5055e) only.
Same issue for me. Mac book pro 16 inch, reboot after entering pass word on start up. Safe mode has the same issue, but happen's faster.
Same issue here. Safe mode just causes the reboot to happen faster after logging in.
Same issue here with Big Sur beta 5. Get to login screen and log in.
Progress bar get's part of the way and then the Mac book reboots.
When trying to log in with safe mode, the reboot happens even faster.
