Sometime in mid April, I'd received an email from App Store Connect, stating that:
"We are unable to continue this app’s review because your Apple Developer Program account is currently under investigation for not following the App Store Review Guidelines’ Developer Code of Conduct...... We do not require any additional information from you at this time, nor do we have any additional details to share. We appreciate your continued patience during our investigation."
Since then, I could not update my apps. I had emailed Apple Developer Program Support about this but they were unable to help me as the decision is at the App Review team and they have no say in the app approval nor the investigation process. I appreciated their support but it also means that I do not have anyone to turn to on what had gone wrong and how do I rectify this. It has been more than 2 months and I have no idea which guideline(s) had I breached as I had only corrected some texts on the apps.
Just recently after the WWDC 2020, I've managed to resubmit update for my apps and now I have a different message, possibly linked to the previous status:
"The review of your app is taking longer than expected. Once we have completed our review, we will notify you via Resolution Center....If you would like to inquire about the status of this review, you may file a request via the Apple Developer Contact Us page."
I really appreciate that Apple finally acknowledges that it is taking longer than expected to review my apps. I clicked on provided link to file a request and now this is what I get:
"There was a problem retrieving the data for this page. Please try again."
Again, my app is stuck in a limbo with no sight of resolution.
Has anyone encountered this before?
