After trying so many things. I would like to share what worked for me.
Goto Library/Developer/XCode and delete "DerivedData" folder.
Clean Build Folder : in xcode "Product" menu -> "Clean Build Folder" or press "Command+shift+K".
Close XCode.
Re-open XCode and your project.
Try creating new build.

I was having same issue with new build but creating new build does the trick for me and i was able to install and test my ipa.
Nothing works for me.
One day Deleting derived data and Clean build folder, re opening xcode and creating new archive worked.
Next time when i tried to create build same error occured.
Any suggestions?
