UPDATE: Found on other thread and its working for me now. Please go to Settings-> About. I was prompted that your provider has updated network setting. Apply updates? (something like this). I hit on update. After that Wifi-calling got enabled and working.

I am also facing the same issue. Since I use eSIM, I cannot remove and re-enter the same. Is there any other option?
