It's been absolutely frustrating, to say the least. I was initially provided the response: "Due to one or more reasons your enrollment cannot be completed". After 3 days, I got another response that you should be all set and you can enroll. When I tried to do it, it did not allow me to enroll. On raising a case with Apple, and after 2 weeks of back and forth with a senior advisor, I got the same response: "Due to one or more reasons your enrollment cannot be completed". I just can't believe Apple has become so unprofessional that they are not equipped to handle a case and they are not transparent enough in providing proper reasons.

I am totally frustrated with Apple. I raised a case with them and they closed the case stating "Due to one or more reasons we cannot provide you access". Unbelievable that this is coming from Apple.
