There are specific questions that need to be answered as part of the app review process, these questions include the same questions being asking again. The app does not contain any third party libraries. The app has been in the app store for years with only updates to fix issues and keep up to date with iOS changes. They only started asking these questions on the last few updates.

Forgot to add that the reviewer request states this:
"Since your App Store Connect status is Metadata Rejected, we do NOT require a new binary. To revise the metadata, visit App Store Connect to select your app and revise the desired metadata values. Once you’ve completed all changes, reply to this message in Resolution Center and we will continue the review."
The app has all the metadata sections filled out, there are no empty sections. So my question still remains, what are we missing?
So I decided to click on all the privacy policy questions again, to see that maybe there was an issue there. When I clicked on the Data Type to edit it and then click Publish, I get the following popup message:
Additional Setup Required
To update your app's product page with new data types, you need to finish setting them up on the following page.
When I click OK, nothing happens. There are no other data fields to fill out. This seems like a bug with the website.
