I've been selling apps on App Store since 2012 and this is the first time I got an issue like this. So, I got paid nothing since November 2020 (which should be October 2020 payment) until now, even if it's more than the minimum threshold and I changed nothing in my bank information. Btw the payment report on Appstore does say that the payment is "Balance carried forward", but I have no idea why. The only thing I noticed has changed, is I submitted the form W-8BEN at late September 2020 (I don't know how this would affect my October payment though) Does anyone experience the same thing? I'm still waiting the email response but nothing arrived so far.
