I've been trying to get through this error and I haven't been able to. I've contacted support multiple times and they said they dont have any instructions on how to dealt with the error and have said that I wont be able to enroll now and into the future. They mentioned that it looks like a bug, but it is the first time they have seen this issue. However, the representative was not looking escalate or flag the issue - he merely said you can try again in the future some time. After contacting them again I managed to get my case moved to a senior person, they said that they will get in contact at a later date. This was about a month ago, I tried to contact them via email - and he has provided a standard response stating for one or more reasons I cannot enroll or something. Anyone have any tips as to what I can do, it looks like apple support are not willing to provide any assistance. I have just purchased new macbook pro and used my old apple id when i had a 3gs - however, now macbook pro is essentially a dead weight without being able to develop for ios.
