I have same problem.I do have 3 people in "App Store Connect Users". One of them, actually, is my email. None of them gets an invite. The Status says "No Build Availble" although there are.The iOS Builds table says "Testing" for "App Store Connect Users", but none of them has received anynotification or is able to find the build in the "TestFlight" app.
